Willoughby Farm Market Days
4-7 pm on Wednesdays, August 18 to September 29, with a special market on October 2 during Fall Farm Day
Willoughby Farm, 631 Willoughby Lane, Collinsville, IL.

This weekly market includes items that are home grown and homemade. Stop by the farm to pick up produce, eggs from Willoughby hens, and enjoy the farm in the evening.

Daddy Daughter Date Night

This Daddy Daughter Date Night is expected to be the best yet. This evening is for girls age 5-16 and their “dates” (dads, step-dads, grandfathers, uncles or other significant man in their life - no moms allowed!) and includes dinner, dessert, dancing, and a chance to win raffle prizes.
John Locus Photography will be on hand once again to capture the magic of the evening. Photos may be purchased for an additional fee.
This is a formal event: young ladies should wear a dress; sport coat/suit and tie for the male attendants. This is a truly classy evening that will create memories to last a lifetime.

Letters from Santa
Treat your child to the excitement of the holiday season with his or her own, personalized letter from the big man himself!
Click Here for the “Letters From Santa” form. A form must be completed for each letter recipient. Return the completed form with cash or check by 5 pm on December 13 to: “Letters from Santa” 10 Gateway Drive, Collinsville, IL 62234. The charge for each letter is $4. Letters from Santa will be received prior to Christmas.
Monster Dash 5K Walk/Run (Formerly called Freaky Fives)
5 p.m. on Saturday, October 23
CARD Activity Center, 10 Gateway Drive, Collinsville, IL.

The Monster Dash is a great way to get into the Halloween mood. The 10th annual 5K race encourages participants to wear their fun/freaky Halloween costumes for a pre-race costume contest.
Awards will be presented for the costume contest, and to the top overall male and female finishers, and to the top finishers in each 5K running category. Free refreshments will be available to all who participate
Participants who register by 5 pm on October 15 are guaranteed a race T-shirt and the reduced entry fee of $15. The entry fee after October 15 is $20. Click Here for a registration form.

Bring your family and explore the history of Willoughby Farm with tours by Willoughby family members, check out the “poultry palace” to see the varieties of hens, see the goats and rabbits, choose and decorate a pumpkin, take a free tractor ride and leave your own mark on this heritage farm! Rock the Barn at Willoughby Farm

Yee-haw! Mark your calendar, tell your friends, shine up your boots and get ready to rock the barn with some rockin’ country music! This isn’t your grandparents’ barn dance -we’ll be two-steppin’ to modern country hits performed live by Boulderdash, a four piece rock country group that has opened for Alabama, Kenny Chesney, Brooks and Dunn, Janey Fricke, Gene Watson, and Marty Haggard.
Come for the music, stay for refreshments, and free hot dogs and s’mores over a roaring bonfire. Admission fee is $5 per person (3 and under free); $20 maximum per family
Basic Outdoor Skills
4-8 p.m. on Sunday, September 26
Willoughby Heritage Farm and Conservation Reserve

This fun and educational class will introduce basic outdoor skills to individuals and families of all ages. Participants will be instructed on the basics of building a fire, first aid and outdoor wilderness skills. The evening will conclude with a meal crafted by the participants and cooked over the campfire.
For ages 5 and up; adults and families are welcome! The fee for this fun class is just $7 per person; $25 maximum per family. Call 346-7529 before September 18 to register.
Rally for the Cure® Golf Scramble
1 p.m. Shotgun Start on Saturday, September 25
Arlington Greens Golf Course, 200 Arlington Drive, Granite City, IL.

Pink is the new green at Arlington Greens for this very special event. The cost is $60 per person and includes 18 holes of golf, a goodie bag for all participants, prizes, and dinner donated by Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bar of Collinsville.
