CARD is an Illinois Park District covering 47 square miles in the St. Louis Metro East of Southern Illinois.
CARD includes seven community parks, Splash City Family Waterpark, Arlington Greens Golf Course, Miner's Institute Theater, and Willoughby Heritage Farm and Conservation Reserve.
Along with providing quality facilites for entertainment and recreation, at its Activity Center CARD offers fitness and wellness classes for children and adults. The District also hosts a variety of special events throughout the year including Daddy Daughter Date Night, Breakfast with the Bunny, Heritage Day and Fall Farm Day at Willoughby Farm, Battle of the Bands, and two 5K run/walks annually.

Totally Tots Playtime: For ages 1-4 on Thursdays from 9:30-11 am at the CARD Activity Center. Tumbling mats, oversized blocks, tunnels, playhouses and more! $2 per child.

CARD Offices will be closed on February 12 and 15. The Activity Center will be open for classes on Feb. 15 in the evening.
CARD Board of Commissioners meeting will be held at 7 pm on Tuesday, February 16 at the CARD Activity Center.
